مربى الفراولة ببذور الشيا:

المكونات:
١ كوب فراولة مقطعة
نصف عصرة ليمونة
ربع كوب ماء
ربع كرب بذور الشيا
عسل

الطريقة :
في قدر عالنار نحط الفراولة المقطعة مع الماء ونصف عصير الليمونة ونتركها نغلي ٥ دقايق الى ان تلين الفراولة ويقل الماء ..بعدها نضيف بذور الشيا والعسل حسب الرغبة ونقلبهم ونصبهم في برطمان ونبرد .
