المكونات
ثلاث حبات بطاطس وسط
ربع كيلو لحم مفروم
2 حبه بيض
بقسماط
دقيق
2 حبه بصل مفروم
ربع كوب بقدونس مفروم
البهارات
ملعقه كبيره فلفل اسود
ملعقه كبيره كركم
ملعقه كبيره بهار فلفل حار
ملعقتين ملح كبيره
طريقه التحضير
نقطع البطاطس شرايح بالعرض نفس ماهو موضح بالفيديو شرايح تكون متوسطه السمك ونجهز حشوه اللحم الي نحشي فيها البطاطس
الحشوه عباره عن لحم مفروم مع بصل مفروم وبقدونس وصفار البيض وملعقتين بقسماط وملح وفلفل اسود وبهار احمر حار وكركم ونخلطهم ونحشيهم بالبطاطس نفس ماهو موضح بالفيديو
وبعدها نجهزها للقلي ونغمسها في بياض البيض مع الدقيق والبقسماط
اول شي دقيق بعدها البيض ونحطها على نار تكون متوسطه
