بيض وبطاطاس على الطريقة الاسبانيه ولا الذ ولا اروع 👌

الطريقه :
٣ حبات بطاطس حجم متوسط وقطعتهم مربعات صغيره
.
.
على المقلى شوية زيت واصيف البطاطس واقلب باستمرار
.
.
اضيف حبة بصل صغيره مقطعه
فلفل اسود وملح
.
.
اقلب باستمرار لين تستوي البطاطس
.
.
ولما تستوي اهرسها واضيف عليها ٤-٥ حبات بيض واخلط جيداً
.
.
اضيف نص الخليط على المقلى على نار متوسطه
.
واضيف اي حشوه تحبوها انا ضفت موزاريلا وتيركي
.
.
بعدين اضيف الطبقة الثانيه من الخليط واقلب البيض
.
.
واخليه دقيقتين بعدين اقلبه واقدمه
.
.
