تخفيف الأحمال رجع من تاني!!
اول امبارح أعلن رئيس الوزراء المصري الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي عن وقف مؤقت لخطّة تخفيف الأحمال، ولو تفتكرو احنا كنا اول ناس جابت الخبر من قبل الإعلان عن التفاصيل حتّى، بس النهارد اتفاجئنا ان خطّة تخفيف الاحمال رجعت من تاني، هي ايه الحكاية ؟
الوقف المؤقت لخطة تخفيف الأحمال كان ليوم واحد بس، والهدف بحسب مصادر حكوميّة هو اختبار قوّة المحولات وتحديد حجم استهلاك الغاز الطبيعي والمازوت.
الخطوة دي الهدف منها تقييم أداء شبكة الكهربا وملاحظة أي أعطال ممكن تحصل بسبب الحمل الزايد خصوصاً في موجات الحر، وفي نفس الوقت تقييم كميّة الغاز اللي هتحتاج الحكومة انها تستوردو لإنهاء الأزمة بشكل دقيق.
ومن النهاردة خطّة تخفيف الأحمال هتستمر معانا لحد نهاية شهر يوليو الحالي.

Chicken curry cut 750gm

For Masala
 cumin seeds - 2 spoons
 coriander seeds -2 Spoons
poppy seeds - ½ spoon
Stone Flower - Some
cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Black cardamom - 2
Green cardamom - 3
Black pepper -10 - 12
Clove -3
Bay leaf - 1
Dry coconut (optional) -some
Mace flower - Some
caraway seeds / shahi jeera -½ spoon
onion - 3

For Tadka / Tempering:
oil | Butter - 3 spoons
cumin seeds - ½ spoon
Dry red chili (optional) - 2
Bay leaf -1
Cinnamon stick -1
Black cardamom - 1
Green cardamom - 2
Black pepper - 7-8
clove  - 2
Ginger Garlic paste - 3 spoons
salt - 1 spoon
Tumeric powder - 1 spoon
Red chili powder - 1 spoon
Garlic flower - 4 (optional)
water as required
