نبشر حبتين بطاطس متوسطة الحجم
ونضيف عليها مويا بارده ونحرك خمس دقايق نتخلص من النشا

ونصفي البطاطس تماماً من المويا

اقليها بشوية زيت خمس دقايق
.
احطها بصحن واضيف عليها:
ملعقة طعام دقيق
نص ملعقة طعام نشا
بودرة ثوم وفلفل اسود وبابريكا وملح

نقلب المكونات ونشكلها بأي شكل .
ونقليها بالزيت
.

البيض :
٤ بيضات
ملعقتين حليب وملح وفلفل اسود

نقليه بزبده والاستواء حسب رغبتكم
وضفت شرايح التشيدر عليه

اللحم المقدد البقري:
اشتريته من الدانوب بالثلاجات ونشويه بشوية زبده والبديل نقانق
