ليش مهم اضافه زيت الزيتون مع السلطة؟.-تمتاز الخضار بمضادات الاكسدة التي تحمي الجسم من الضرر والتلف الخلوي، وهذه المواد مثل الكاروتينويد والكرولوفيل..-هذه العناصر الغذائية من خصائصها انها ذائبة بالدهون، هذا يعني ان الجسم بحاجة الى اضافه الدهون اليها لكي يتم امتصاصها بشكل افضل..-فمن الذكاء اضافة الدهون الطبيعية مع سلطة الخضار للاستفادة القصوى من مضادات الاكسدة الموجودة فيها.
