كرات البطاطس بالجبنه 😍..للمزيد من وصفاتي تابعوا حسابي :@aziztime @aziztime ..الجبنه المستخدمه : موزاريلا البقرات الثلاثه@albakaratalthalath #timelesstaste #الطعم_ذاته ..الطريقه:٣ حبات بطاطس متوسطة الحجم ونسلقها وبعدين نقشرها ونهرسها..نبهر ( بابريكا، فلفل اسود، بودرة ثوم ، ملح ) ..كوب موزاريلا نص كوب بقدونس مفرومه٤ حبات بيض ..ونخلطهم جيداً لين الخليط يتماسك..نفرد الخليط ونحشيه بالموزاريلا ونكور البطاطس..نغلف الكور بالدقيق ثم البيض ثم البقصمات..ونقليهم بزيت غزير وتكون النار اقل من متوسطه ...وبالعافيه عليكم ...
