Ingredients:
cottage cheese /paneer - 200gm
Boiled potato - 1
Onion - 1
carrot - 1
Green chilies - 2
Ginger- ½ inch
coriander leaves -Spoon
cashews -5
clarified butter/butter/oil - 1 spoon
Jeera - 1 spoon
salt -1/2 spoon
Black pepper - ½ spoon
Rice flour/corn flour- 1/2cup
Dry Mango powder - 1 spoon
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
oil for frying
