Nutri Keema Masala ASMR

Ingredients :
For Boiling :
Water - 2 cups
Salt - 1 spoon
Teabag (optional)-1
Soya Chunks - 2 cups
crushed soya chunks (optional) - 1/2 cup

For Tempering :
Oil - 3 spoons
cumin seeds - ½ spoon
Green cardamom - 2
cinnamon stick - ½ inch
Bay leaf -1
Dry red chili - 1
Black рерper - 5-7
Cloves - 2
onion -1
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 spoon

For Tomato puree:

Tomato - 2
Green chili -2-3
Ginger - 1 inch
coriander leaves - ½ cup
Salt - 1 spoon
Turmeric powder - ½spoon
Kashmiri red chili Powder -1 spoon
coriander powder - 1 spoon cumin powder - 1 spoon

For Fried onion :
Oil -for frying
Onion - 1

kasuri methi (optional) - 1 spoon coriander leaves - for garnishing
