كنافة نابلسيه على الغاز ..😍

الطريقه :
كنافه شعر واقطعها بيدي واضيف عليها سمنه وزبده واقطعها ،
.
اضيف عليها صبغة كنافه لون برتقالي ، موجوده بكل مكان.
.
افردها بيدي على المقلى
.
انا استخدمت جبنه شاميه اسمها شلل وموجوده بكل سوبرماركت وممكن تستخدموا نابلسيه او عكاوي او اي جبنه
.
انقع الجبنه بمويه سخنه واغير المويه عليها كل خمس دقايق لين تختفي الملوحه
.
اضيفه فوق الكنافه واضيف فوقهم طبقه خفيفه بس.
.
وعلى نار الغاز المتوسطه واغطيها خمس دقايق واقلبها ٣ دقايق وبس.
.
اضيف الشيره والمكسرات حسب الرغبه
.
وبالعافيه
