Thank you for watching. In this video I use a process called woodturning to make a large bowl from ash, and using abrasives, I try to make it shine as much as possible.

كرات الطاقة بالجزر ⚡️🔮🥕

المكونات:
كوب شوفان
ملعقتين اكل زبدة فول سوداني
٨ حبات تمر بدون نواة
جزرة كبيرة مبشورة
رشة ملح
قرفة مطحونة
جوز هند مبشور
شوكولاتة داكنة مذابة

الطريقة:
نخلط الجزر المبشور مع التمر وزبدة الفول السوداني والشوفان والقرفة ورشة الملح ونكورهم .. نزينهم بجوز الهند والشوكولاته
