كاكاو خام ( نصف كوب )
بيكنج باودر ( 1 ملعقة كبيرة )
نشاء الذرة ( كورن فلور ) 1 ملعقة كبيرة
فانيليا ( 1 ملعقة صغيرة )
بيض بحرارة الغرفة مفصولين ( عدد 5 )
سكر ( 1 كوب )
خل ابيض او عصير الحامض (1 ملعقة صغيرة )
ماء ( 1 كوب )
زيت النباتي ( نصف كوب )
ملح ( ربع ملعقة صغيرة )
سكر ( نصف كوب )
تحضير صوص الشكولاته
زيت النباتي ( نصف كوب )
ماء ( نصف كوب )
سكر ( نصف كوب )
مبيض القهوة او حليب بودرة ( نصف كوب )
كاكاو خام ( نصف كوب )
نسكافيه ( قهوة سريع الذوبان ) 1 ملعقة صغيرة
قشطة ( 1 علبة 200 ملل )
للتزين
رشة كاكاو الخام
رشة فارمسيل
