لكل كيلو هريس كيلو لحم بقري او اللحم اكثر حسب رغبتكم

الهريس يغسل جيداً ويتنقع بالمويا نص يوم الى يوم افضل

في قدر نحط اللحم سواء قطع كبيره او صغيره او بعضم وفوقها المويا ، نخلي اللحم يغلي ونشيل الزفره

نضيف الهريس المنقوع

نخلي المويا فوق الهريس تقريباً اصبع واحد

نوطي النار اقل شي ونقفل القدر بقصدير وغطا وثقل ان وجد عشان نكتم الحراره والبخار

شلالات الدم - أنتاركتيكا
يتدفق في القارة القطبية الجنوبية نهر جليدي غربي بحيرة "بوني"، ويسيل منها مياه باللون الأحمر القرمزي، يعرف بـ"شلالات الدم"، منذ أكثر من 106 عاما.
وتقع "شلالات الدم" بين ضفاف نهر تايلور المتجمد، في هضاب ماكموردو الجافة، في أرض فكتوريا، شرق القارة القطبية المتجمدة أنتاركتيكا.
ويعود فضل هذا الاكتشاف إلى الباحث الجيولوجي، توماس جريفيث تايلور، سنة 1911، حيث اعتقد العلماء سابقا أن سبب اللون الأحمر القاتم لمياه تلك الشلالات يعود لوجود نوع من الطحالب فيها، لكن البحوث المستمرة في هذا الميدان نفت هذه الفرضيات.
ويتكون نهر تايلور من 5 طبقات جليدية تنساب ببطئ شديد جدًا، ويعود اللون الأحمر للشلالات لأكسيد الحديد الذي يتكون جراء تفاعلات أكسدة بين عناصر معينة متواجدة في المياه شديدة الملوحة بالمنطقة، وكانت هذه العناصر مخزنة ومعزولة في جيوب ينعدم فيها الهواء والضوء منذ 5 ملايين سنة، حين كانت المياه أعلى من مستوياتها التي هي عليها حالياً
