في مقلى اضيف كوب زيت زيتون
٦-٩ فصوص ثوم مهروس
ملعقة ونص طعام بابريكا مدخنه حلوه
نص ملعقة طعام مدخنه حراق حسب الرغبه
نص كوب بقدونس مفروم
ملح

نضيف الخليط على نص كيلو فيليه صدور دجاج وبطاطس مقطعه بالقشر

ندخل الدجاج والبطاطس على الفرن على حرارة ١٨٠

للدجاج : ٣٥ دقيقه
للبطاطس : ٤٥ دقيقه
