🎈 الطريقه🎈 :
لعمل الحشوه :
احمس حبة بصل مع شوية ثوم .
اضيف فيليه صدور دجاج مقطعه صغير جداً
.
البهارات :
( فلفل اسود ، بابريكا ، كاري ، بودرة زنجبيل ) وملح .
.
اضيف ذره معلبه او اكياس .
.
ولما تستوي المكونات اضيف جبنه موزاريلا دقيقتين واقفل عليها .
.
.
لعمل الافخاد استخدمت عجينة بف باستري .
.
بعد مانسوي الافخاد نغطيها بالبيض والبقصمات .
.
نجمدها بالفريزر ساعه اقل شي بعدين نقليها .
.
