ألذ مادلان بمكونات بسيطة وسهلة لازم تجربوه .
المقادير : 2 بيض بحرارة الغرفة وثلاثة ارباع كوب سكر وباكت فانيليا ونخفق حتى يختفي السكر ثم نضيف ثلث كوب زيت بالتدريج ثم ربع كوب حليب وعلبة زبادي نضيف كوب دقيق معلقتين كبار نشا وملعقة كبيره بيكنج بودره ورشه ملح ونخفق واخر حاجة نضيف ملعقة كبيرة خل نفرغ الكيك في القالب ونزين شكولاتة شيبس وندخلها فرن ساخن مسبقا على حرارة 180 درجة
