كابلي لحم بطريقه سهله ولذيذ جداً 👌..استخدمت رز بسمتي ابيض جامبو ومعتق من جالاكسي@sallatiarcoma @sallatiarcoma الرز جداً ممتاز وانصح فيه 👌...الطريقه :احمس حبة بصل مقطعه شرايحاضيف بهارات حب ( هيل ، قرنفل ، قرفه ، ورق غار ).ضفت كيلو لحم غنم واحمسه لين ياخذ لون.اضيف فصين ثوم مهروس.عصير برتقاله كاملهوقشر برتقاله كامله.اضيف حبة طماطم مقطعه.ملعقتين طعام صلصة طماطم.البهارات اللي ضفتها مشكله وجاهزه ( استخدموا البهار اللي يعجبكم ) .بطاطس قطع كبيره .املح واضيف المويا تغطي اللحم واسلقه سواء بقدر ضغط او عادي ..انقع الرز نص ساعه وبعدين اسلقه مع بهارات حب لين يوصل نص استواء ..لما تستوي اللحمه اضيف فوقها الرز وبدون تحريك ( اغطي اللحم بالرز ) .انا ضفت زعفران ولون زعفران وغطيت القدر ٢٠ دقيقه على اقل حراره ..وبالعافيه عليكم
