سلطة البطاطس الحلوه
ايش نحتاج مكونات ؟
٢ حبة بطاطس حلوه
١ حبة افوكادو
١/٢ كوب جبنه فيتا
٢ م.ك طماطم مجففه
٣ م.ك فستق
٣ م.ك زيت زيتون
٢ م.ك بقدونس
١/٢ حبة بصل مقطعه صغير
١ حبة عصير ليمون
ملح وفلفل اسود
كيف نسؤي الوصفه؟
نقطع البطاطس الحلوه دوائر وندخلها الفرن تستوي من تحت
تاخذ وقت من ربع ساعه الى نصف ساعه درجه حرارة 180
نقطع عيش التورتيلا ونحمره على النار او بالقلاية الهوائية
نجهز الخليط حق السلطة (الافوكادو والجبنة والبصل والليمون والزيت والبقدونس والطماطم المجففة والملح والفلفل الاسود ونخلطهم)
نحط العيش وفوقه حبه من البطاطس وفوقه الخليط
