salt - ½ spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon
Red chili powder - ½ spoon

For Masala Tempering :
cumin seeds- ½ spoon
Bay leaf -1
cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Dry red chili - 1
clove - 2
Black cardamom - 1
Green cardamom - 2
onions - 3
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 spoons
Tomato purée - 1 cup
Salt -1 Spoon
Turmeric powder- 1 spoon
Red chili powder- 1 spoon
coriander powder - 1 spoon
cumin powder- 1 spoon
water - according to gravy's consistency
