بازيلاء مغشوشة
إيش نحتاج مكونات ؟ 🥣
- 500 ج. بازلاء مجمدة
- 4 م.ص سكّر بودرة
🪔إيش نحتاج أدوات/أجهزه؟
- قلاية هوائية
- محضّرة الطعام
- مطحنة البهارات
- صينية
- ورق زبدة
🥑 كيف نسوّي الوصفة؟
- في محضره الطعام نحط البازيلاء ونفرمها ناعم
- نجهز الصينية ونحط عليها ورق زبدة
- نفرد عليها ورق الزبدة ونفرد البازيلاء ونحطها بالفرن على درجة حرارة 180د° (أو في القلاية الهوائية) من تحت وفوق الصينية الين تنشف
- نطلعها ونخلطها في خلاط البهارات لحد ما تصير ناعمه ونحط عليها السكر المطحون ويطلع فستق مغشوش بهذا الشكل

- م.ك = ملعقة كبيرة
- م.ص = ملعقة صغيرة
- ك = كوب
- ج = جرام
- ك.ج = كيلو جرام
- د° = درجة مئوية
