ستيك دجاج مقرمش 🔥🍔🍖🍟

المقادير:
صدور دجاج مقطع شرائح رفيعه
الصلصة( ربع كوب مايونيز، ملعقتين كبيرة شطة، ملعقتين كبيرة بهارات دجاج، ملعقة صغيرة ثوم مطحون، ملعقه صغيرة ملح)

طحين+قليل جداً من الماء

يخلط الدجاج مع الصلصه ويوضع مباشرتاً في الطحين بعدها في الفريز حتى يتماسك لمدة 15 دقيقه

القلي بلبدايه زيت حامل بس ننزل الدجاج ننصي النار علوسط ونعوفه يستوي على راحته
