دجاج مسلوق او مشوي - 2 كوب
فلفل أحمر وأخضر - ثلاثة أرباع الكوب
بصل مفروم - نصف كوب
كاتشب - 2 ملعقة كبيرة
مايونيز - 1 ونصف ملعقة كبيرة
ملح
أوريجانو - 1 ملعقة صغيرة
فلفل أسود - نصف ملعقة صغيرة
جبنة قشقوان – 1 كوب تقريباً
ماء بارد

للتغطية

بيض - عدد 3
فلفل أسود
ملح
أوريجانو
فتات الخبز - كوب ونصف تقريباً
نقليها في زيت غزير حتى تأخذ اللون الذهبي
