Chicken Biryani ASMR Cooking
Ingredients:

For Marination:
Chicken- 1 kg
Salt - 1 spoon
Turmeric powder - ½ spoon
Red chili powder - 1 spoon Ginger Garlic paste - 2 spoons curd - 1 cup
Lemon juice - 1 spoon
Mint leaves - ½ cup
Coriander leaves-1/2 cup

For Masala:
Black pepper - 2 spoons
cumin seeds - 1 spoon coriander seeds - 1 spoon
caraway seeds - ½ spoons
Poppy seeds - 1/2 spoon
Mace Flower-some
Green cardamom - 3
Cloves - 4
Cinnamon stick -1 inch
Bay leaf - 1
Dry red chili - 3-4

Onion - 4
For Tempering:
Oil - 1/2 cup
Long Grain Rice - 1/2 kg

For Rice Boiling :
water
Black pepper - 10-15
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Star flower- 2-3
Bay leaf -1
Clove -3
Salt - 2 spoons
Mint leaves - some
coriander leaves - some

Clarified Butter - 1 spoon
