قليل من الملح والفلفل الأسود
ملعقة كبيرة زبدة + ربع كوب زيت نباتي
قطعتان من البصل المفروم ناعماً
القليل من البقدونس المفروم
ملعقة كبيرة زبدة
قطعتان من الثوم
ملح
فلفل اسود
كاري
زنجبيل
ملعقة كبيرة طحين
عصير نصف ليمونة
نضيف الحليب بالتدريج كوبين ونصف
نقدمها مع الأرز الأبيض لازم تجربوها
