امبراطوريّة عملاقة للذهب، قدرت تسيطر على منجم السكري في مصر!!
امبارح، شركة انجلو جولد أشانتي استحوذت على شركة سينتامين بصفقة حجمها وصل ل ٢.٥ مليار دولار.
استحواد شركة انجلو على شركة سينتامين بيديها السيطرة الكاملة على منجم السكري، واللي كان يعتبر واحد من أكبر المناجم البعيدة عن سيطرة الشركات الكبرى.
عوائد مصر من منجم السكري في ٢٠٢٣ وصلت لحوالي ١٤٠ مليون دولار، مقارنةً مع ٦٠ مليون دولار بس في سنة ٢٠٢٢، والزيادة الكبيرة في العوايد، سببها الارتفاع الكبير في أسعار الذهب وزيادة كميّات الذهب المستخرجة.
استحواذ شركة أنجلو على منجم السكري معناه ان الشركة هتضخ استثمارات جديدة فيه، وده المفروض ينعكس على كميّات الذهب اللي بيتم استخراجها ويخليها تزيد خلال السنين الجاية.
