Ingredients:

For filling :
cabbage - 1/4th part
carrot -2
capsicum -1
Spring onion -2
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 10-12 cloves
Green chili - 2
Oil - 2 spoons
salt - ½ spoon
Black pepper powder - ½ spoon

For Dough :
All purpose flour - 400 gm
salt - ½ spoon
Water - as required
