Ingredients:

Chicken- 750gm curry cut
Ginger garlic paste- 2 spoons
Coriander seeds- 2 spoons
Cumin seeds - 2 spoons
Dry coconut- 15gm
Dry Kashmiri red chilies - 6
Black pepper - 10
Clove - 4
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Green cardamom- 2
Black cardamom- 1
Bay leaves- 3
Mace flower- 1/2
Stone flower- some
Salt - 1 spoon or according to taste
Turmeric powder- 1/2 spoon
Curd - 1 cup
Lemon juice- 1 spoon
Onion- 2
Ghee / clarified butter- 3 spoons
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves (optional)

ليه سعر صرف الدولار مش بينزل مع ان الحكومة بتتسلّم دفعات بمئات الملايين كل كام شهر من صندوق النقد؟
أغلب الفلوس اللي بتاخدها مصر من صندوق النقد بتتدفع للصندوق تاني، من بداية شهر أغسطس لغاية دلوقت، مصر سددت للصندوق ٥٠٠ مليون دولار تقريباً، وفي شهر سبتمبر اللي جاي مصر هتدفع للصندوق حوالي ٦٢٥ مليون دولار، وده هيتم على تلت دفعات، الدفعة الأولى هتتسلم ب ١٩ سبتمبر وهتكون ب ١٩٢ مليون دولار، والدفعة التانية كمان بنفس المبلغ وهتتسلم في يوم ٢٦ سبتمبر، وفي نهاية الشهر مصر هتسلم الدفعة التالتة بقيمة ٢٤٠ مليون دولار.
يعني من الآخر كده الحكومة بتاخد الفلوس من الصندوق بإيدها اليمين، وبتدفعهم بالإيد الشمال.
