محمد رشوان رياضى مصرى كان يمارس رياضه الجودو وحاصل على ميداليات كثيره وهذا لم يكن سبب شهرته خارج مصر فقط لكن سبب شهرته هو دوره الاعلعاب الاوليمبيه فى لوس انجلوس 1984.
وذلك عند مقابلته فى المباراه النهائيه اللعب اليابانى وبطل العالم وقتها ياماشيتا والذى كان تم اصابته بقطع غى الوتر الداخلى للركبه بالقدم اليمنى لكن رشوان رفض خلال المباراه استغلال اصابته وفضل ان يخسر الذهبيه بشرف على ان يفوز بالاستفاده من الام الخصم .
ولما ساله الصحفيين عن سبب عدم استغلال اصابه منافسه كان رده اخلاقى ودينى يمنعانى من استغلال اصابه المنافس لكى يحقق الفوز .
واشادت اليونسكو بموقف اللاعب ومنحته جائزه اللعب النظيف وجائزه احسن خلق رياضى فى العالم .
