الأحكام الشرعية تؤخذ من كل النصوص جملة واحدة ، وهي أقسام فبعضها حلال بيّن وبعضها حرام بيّن ، وهناك أحكام تتغير حسب الأحوال ، ففي مسألة طلب الإمارة على سبيل المثال : هناك أحاديث تنهى عنها ( إنّا لا نعطي هذا الأمر أحداً طلبه أو حرص عليه )، ولكن يوسف عليه السلام طلبها : { قَالَ اجْعَلْنِي عَلَىٰ خَزَائِنِ الْأَرْضِ ۖ إِنِّي حَفِيظٌ عَلِيمٌ }، فكيف نفهم ذلك ؟!
