Welcome to this week's #shorts woodturning video!
Thank you for watching. In this video I turn a piece of sycamore that had wonderful colours lurking beneath the surface. To bring out the colours further I used a wax to make the wood shine.

يروي الأسير المحرر أيمن الشراونة قصص المعاناة التي مر بها خلال مراحل اعتقاله المتعددة داخل سجون الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، والمواقف الصعبة والمؤلمة التي واجهته، وحرب الأمعاء الخاوية التي تحدى بها إدارة مصلحة السجون لنيل حريته رغم أنف الاحتلال .خاض أيمن إضرابًا عن الطعام خلال مرحلة اعتقاله الثانية بعد فك أسره ضمن صفقة وفاء الأحرار "صفقة شاليط" بعد أن أعاد الاحتلال اعتقاله فدخل معهم في حرب تحد قاسية استمرت ثمانية أشهر ونصف خسر فيها نصف وزنه ودخل في حالة تقارب الموت السريري، لينتصر في معركته رغم الضغط والتعذيب النفسي الكبير.
