بقدونس ( نصف باقة )
ثوم ( 5 سن )
ملح ( 1 ملعقة كبيرة )
معجون الفلفل ( دبس الفليفلة ( 1 ملعقة طعام )
لحم مفروم ناعم ( 500 غرام )
صلصة الطماطم ( بس البندورة ) ( 1 ملعقة طعام )
فلفل اسود ( 1 ملعقة صغيرة )
بابريكا ( 1 ملعقة كبيرة )
دبس الرمان ( 2 ملعقة كبيرة )
زيت الزيتون ( ثلث كوب )

مكونات عمل العجين

ماء دافئ ( كوب ونصف )
سكر حبيبات ( 1 ملعقة كبيرة )
خميرة الخبز الطازجة ( 1 ملعقة كبيرة ) 20 غرام
ملح ( 1 ملعقة كبيرة )
لبن زبادي ( نصف كوب ) ( يوغورت )
طحين متعدد الاستخدامات ( 5 أكواب تقريبا ) حسب نوعية الطحين وامتصاصها للسوائل
زيت النباتي ( ربع كوب )

تعمل الترجمة بأكثر من لغة ، لكن عليك تشغيل إعدادات الترجمة واختيار اللغة المناسبة وستعمل الترجمة بشكل جيد. إذا لم تظهر إعدادات الترجمة ، فسيتعين عليك تحديث تطبيق YouTube وستعمل الترجمات المصاحبة. CC.
