☑️ المقادير
نص كيلو كبده غنم مقطعه مربعات
كوب نشا
حبة فلفل اخضر حلو
فلفل حار حسب الرغبه
حبتين طماطم
كوب بصل اخضر
حبة بصل شرايح
ملعقتين طعام دبس رمان
ملعقة طعام صويا مالحه
زيت قلي
٥-٧ فصوص ثوم

☑️ طريقة التحضير
اول شي نقلي الثوم ياخذ لون ذهبي ويعطي الزيت نكهه
٠
نقلي الكبده بعد مانغطيها بالنشا تقريباً دقيقتين الى ثلاثه تاخذ لون تحمير
٠
في طاوه ثانيه نضيف شوية زيت
٠
نضيف البصل والثوم ونقلبه دقيقتين
٠
نضيف الفلفل الحلو
٠
بعدين نضيف الكبده
٠
نضيف الصويا والدبس
٠
اخر شي الطماطم والفلفل الحار والبصل الاخضر
٠
والملح حسب الرغبه
٠
٠
