وجبه الاورتولان ortolan وجبه فرنسيه يقوم الفرنسيين باكلها وهم على راسهم غطاء او مناديل وذلك على حد وصفهم لانهم بيقوموا بالاخنباء من الاله فى السماء بسبب الوحشيه التى يتم بها صنع هذه الوجبه حيث يفوموا باسر نوع من العصافير المغنيه اسمه بلبل الشعير وحبسه مده 14 يوم ثم يقوموا بتاكيله اجبارى بشكل مكثف حتى ىيصل للانتفاخ ثم يقوم الطاهى بشويه بالكامل بريشه واكله بالكامل بهذه الطريقه وتعتبر من ارقى الوجبات فى فرنسا .
