ثلث كوب سكر بني
2 ملعقه جيلاتين تقريبا ظرف صغير
1 كاس ماء حار
1 كاس ماء بارد
طريقه التحضير
نحط القهوه والسكر والجيلاتين مع كاس الماء الحار ونحركه لحد مايذوب السكر وبعدها اضيف الماء البارد واحركه واحطه في الكاسات واخليه بالثلاجه اقل شي اربع ساعات
لمن يطلع من الثلاجه احط فوقه كريمه مخفوقه
