في قدر ثاني نجيب ٤ بصل ونقطعه شرايح ونحط عليها ٢ ملاعق دقيق ونخلطها مع بعض ونقليها في كأس زيت

نشيل البصل اذا صار لونه بني نصفيها من الزيت ونحطها بورق نشاف

نجيب الحمص معلب ونحطه عالنار اللين يصير حار ونصفيه من مويته


في قدر نحط شوي من زيت البصل ونصف كأس شعيريه نحركها اللين يصير لونه ذهبي ونحط فوقها كوبين من الرز مصري مغسول ونحركها دقيقتين ونحط فوقها شويه من كركم وملح ونصف ملعقه كمون
ونحط ملعقتين من البصل اللي سويناه ونصف كأس عدس مسلوق ومطبوخ ونحط فوقها مويه مغليه
نخلي مستوى المويه يرتفع من الرز بس سانتي ونتركها عالنار عاليه اللين ينشف مويتها بعد كذا نخفف النار نغطي الرز وبعد ٥ دقايق نرجع نقلبها ونغطيه مره ثانيه ونتركها خمس دقايق ونجي نحركها ونغطيها ونتركها تستوي

نجي للمكرونه
في قدر نحط مويه وملح وزيت البصل ونتركه يغلي ونحط المكرونه ونتركها تنسلق وبعد الاستواء نصفيها ونحط فيها كمون وشويه من زيت البصل

الصوص الاحمر :
نجيب زيت البصل ونحط فيها البصل وملعقتين من صلصه طماطم و٤ فصوص ثوم ناعم ونتركها تتسبك وملح وشويه كركم ونصف ملعقه كمون ملعقتين خل ابيض وعصير طماطمونتركها تتسبك وطبعاً اذا تبونه حار ضيفوا فلفل حار
ونجيب صحن
اول طبقه رز
بعدها مكرونه
بعدها عدس اسود
وبعدها حمص حب
وبصل مقلي
واخر شي الصوص والف عافيه
