1 كيلو غرام من صدور الدجاج
مكونات التغطية
كوبين من الدقيق
نصف كوب من نشا الذرة
ملعقة كبيرة من البيكنج باودر
نصف ملعقة صغيرة من البابريكا
ربع ملعقة صغيرة من الفلفل الأسود
نصف ملعقة صغيرة من الكركم
مكونات النقع
كوب من الدقيق
3 ملاعق كبيرة من نشا الذرة
ملعقة صغيرة من البابريكا
نصف ملعقة صغيرة من الفلفل الأسود
ملعقة صغيرة من الكزبرة
ملعقة صغيرة من الثوم
ملعقة صغيرة من الكركم
نصف ملعقة صغيرة من الكاري
ملعقة ونصف صغيرة من الملح
ظرف من مرق الدجاج
نصف ملعقة صغيرة من الزنجبيل
كوب وربع من الماء البارد
