وصفة اليوم الدوناتس المحشي .

للعجينه :

كوبين دقيق ابيض استخدمت فوم

ربع م ك طعام خميره

وربع ملعقه سكر
۲۲۰ مل حليب والافضل تصبو الحليب بالتدريج لين توصلو للقوام الي بالمقطع
م ك طعام زبدة تقريباً ٣٠ مل
ربع م صغيره فانيلا
بيضة

خلو المكونات تكون بحرارة الغرفة
ونعجن ۱۰ د افضل .

بعد العجن نخليها لين يتضاعف حجمها

نقدر نشتغل فيها نفس اليوم أنا خليتها ليلة بالثلاجه بعدين

اشتغلت فيها .
