خلطة التتبيله ، كوب طحين ونص كوب نشا وملح وفلفل اسود وبابريكا وكركم .. اضيف عليهم قارورة بيره شعير واخلطهم. .

اقطع فيليه السمك شرايح بالطول
اتبل السمك بطحين وعليه ملعقة بيكنج باودر ،، وبعدين بالخليط
.
واقليه بالزيت ٣-٤ دقايق وبس.
