خميرة فورية ( 1 ونصف ملعقة كبيرة )
سكر ( كوب الا ربع 150 غرام )
بيضة و بياض بيضة
زبدة مذابة ( نصف كوب 115 ملل )
خل أبيض ( 1 ملعقة كبيرة )
دقيق ( 6 أكواب 850 غرام )
بيكنج باودر ( 1 ملعقة صغيرة )
ملح ( نصف ملعقة صغيرة )

خليط التلميع

صفار بيضة
وملعقة كبيرة حليب
وملعقة صغيرة خل أبيض
رشة سمسم أبيض ( أختياري )
