أطيب فطور يومي صباحي بوريك التركي بالجبنة بدون عجن وبدون تعب مع رباح محمد

المكونات دهن الطبقات

بياض البيض / عدد 2
ملح
فلفل أسود
زبدة او زيت / نصف كوب
حليب دافئ / 1 كوب 250 مل
جبنة قشقوان وبيضا / متبل ب فلفل ونعناع
زيتون أخضر / 1 كوب
زيتون أسود / 1 كوب
ذرة / 1 كوب
حبة البركة / 1 ملعقة كبيرة
زعتر بري / 1 ملعقة صغيرة
باكيت جلاش / 800 غرام

الطريقة

نضع طبقتين من ورق الجلاش
ندهنها بالخليط المحضر
نضع طبقتين أخرى وندهنها
نضع الحشوة بكمية مناسبة
نلفها رول
نكمل كل الكمية بنفس الطريقة
نرتبها في صينية الفرن
الكمية المتبقية من الخليط السائل
صفار بيضتين
ندهنها بالخليط المحضر
نقطعها أصابع

التزيين

سمسم أبيض
حبة البركة

حرارة الفرن 200 د مدة 30 دقيقة تقريباً/ النار من الأسفل والأعلى

تقدم ساخناً مع الشاي وبالعافية

تعمل الترجمة بأكثر من لغة ، لكن عليك تشغيل إعدادات الترجمة واختيار اللغة المناسبة وستعمل الترجمة بشكل جيد. إذا لم تظهر إعدادات الترجمة ، فسيتعين عليك تحديث تطبيق YouTube وستعمل الترجمات المصاحبة. CC.

The translation works in more than one language, but you have to turn on the subtitle settings and choose the appropriate language and the translation will work fine. If the subtitle settings do not appear, you will have to update the YouTube app and the subtitles will work.
