نحتاج إلى كوبين من الحمص المسلوق - بدرجة حرارة الغرفة
3 قطع من الثلج
ثلاثة أرباع الكوب من الطحينة
قطعة واحدة من الثوم
ملح
عصير ليمونة كاملة
نخلط لمدة 3 دقائق إضافية
حمص + زيت زيتون
القليل من الكمون والفلفل الأحمر
