#⁣برغل بالبندورة والدجاج

الطريقه :
دجاجه كامله مقطعه ١٠ قطع واتبلها ..... فلفل اسود ،، جيناميتو ،، بابريكا ،، وفلفل احمر ناشف مطحون ،، حبة بصلة مفرومه ،، وملعقتين زيت قلي .
.
نقلب المكونات مع بعض وفي الثلاجه اقل شي نص يوم . .
.
.
اخرج الدجاج من الثلاجه واتبله بطحين وكويكر مع بعض .... اترك الدجاج ١٠ دقايق بالخليط عشان يمسك فيه وبعدين اقليه.
.
اقلي الدجاج على نار عاليه لمدة ٣-٤ دقايق بعدين اخلي النار وسط لين يستوي.
