قصة لي عمدة لقرية صغيرة في اليابان اراد انه يبني جدار عملاق لحماية مدينة من السيول لاكن تفاجا بالرفض من الجميع قالوا انه مضيعة لفلوس الدولة لاكن كوتاكو اصر على بناه انفق فيه مبلغ جدا عالية فسموه بالاحمق لانه بناه على الفاضي بس حصل اللي محد توقعة تابع القصة للاخير عشان تعرف ايش صار بالتفصيل
