صرر الاوزي .... فنااانه وسهله..للمزيد من وصفاتي تابعوا حسابي :@aziztime @aziztime @aziztime ..الطريقه :في زيت على النار احمس حبة بصله مقطعه صغير.اضيف نص كيلو لحم بقري مفروم .اتبل ( فلفل اسود ، كمون ، ملح ، قرفه، وازود كزبره ناشفه ) .اضيف مكعب مرقة لحم.اضيف بازيلا خضرا ( استخدمت المفرزه ) كيس واحد.ضفت صنوبر .واخر شي اضيف رز بسمتي مزه كاسه ونص .واضيف المويه تغطي المكونات .اخليه يغلي شوي واقفل عليه لين يستوي .ولما يستوي الرز اخليه يبرد واستخدم عجينة بف باستري جاهزه واحشيها رز .واسويها بشكل دائري .وادهنها بالبيض من بره واحمرها بالفرن .وبالعافيه عليكم ..@aziztime ...Ingredients for om up to until it become roasted .Enjoy the taste ...@aziztime
