المقادير:
2 صدور دجاج
1راس بصل 🧅
1فص ثوم🧄
ربع باقة بقدونس 🍀
ملعقة كبيرة طحين
التوابل ملعقه كبيرة لكل من( ملح، بهار دجاج)

الصلصة الحمراء:
معجون الفلفل حار أو بارد اختياري
معجون طماطم
عصرة ليمون
زيت نباتي أو زيت زيتون
تخلط معاً حتى تتجانس

بلفرن (فلفل بارد، طماطم، بصل)
