ملعقه صغيره شاي مطحون
ملعقه صغيره كركم جسم
ملعقه وسط جيلاتين
نخلطهم
نحطه عالنار حتى يذوب الجيلاتين
ندهن فيها اي منطقه مراد تبييضها
نتركها تنشف ثم نشيلها

يغسل المنطقه ثم يفرك بالليفه

ويرطب

يستخدم ٣ مرات بالاسبوع

لا تنسوا الاشتراك بقناتي
