معكرونة باللبن (Yogurt Pasta)

المكونات (Ingredients):
- معكرونة: 200 غرام (Pasta: 200 grams)
- لبن رايب: 300 غرام (Yogurt: 300 grams)
- ملح: نصف ملعقة صغيرة (Salt: 1/2 teaspoon)
- ثوم: ربع ملعقة صغيرة (Garlic: 1/4 teaspoon)
- طحينة: 50 غرام (Tahini: 50 grams)

التحضير
1. اسلق المعكرونة في ماء مع اضافة القليل من الملح حتى تنضج، ثم صفها واتركها جانبًا.
2. في وعاء، اخلط اللبن، الطحينة، الملح، والثوم حتى يتجانسوا.
3. أضف خلبط اللبن إلى المعكرونة حتى تتغطى المعكرونة بالكامل.
4. قدم المعكرونة ساخنة مع اضافة سمنة ومكسرات على الوجه.
