عيش مقلي او مشوي
نص حبه طماطم
ونص بصله
صنوبر
طريقه التحضير
نحط بالخلاط
الحمص مع الطحينه والليمون والزبادي والماء والكمون والملح والثوم
بعد مايصير الخليط ناعم نحطو فوق العيش ونخلطو وبعدها نحط فوقه الطماطم والبصل ونقلي الصنوبر بزيت الزيتون ونحطو ونزينه
