1 ملعقة كبيرة زبدة + 3 ملاعق زيت
نضع البصل ونضيف القليل من الزيت
ملح
كاري
بابريكا
اوريغانو
فلفل أسود
هيل مطحون
صويا صوص - 1 ونصف ملعقة كبيرة
صلصة باربكيو - 1 ملعقة كبيرة
طحين - 1 ملعقة كبيرة
مرق دجاج ساخن - 1 كوب كبير 300 مل
نغطيه ونتركه لمدة 10 دقائق - حرارة النار متوسطة
