متبل القرع المشويايش نحتاج مكونات؟١/٢ حبه قرع ١ بصله كبيره١ عصير ليمونه١ راس ثوم٣ م.ك طحينيه١ م.ك ملح١ م.ص فلفل اسود١/٤ كوب زيت زيتونواي مكسرات للوجه انا حطيت صنوبركيف نسوي الوصفه؟ نقطع القرع والبصل وراس الثوم ونحط عليهم شوي زيت واشويهم بالفرن تقريبا نص ساعه وبعد ماتطلع شوي تبرد اضيف الخضار الي شويتها في محضره الطعام واحط عليها الطحينيه والليمون والزيت والفلفل الاسود والملح واخلطهم الين مايصير قوامهم ناعم واقدمهم وفوقها صنوبر مع زيت
