ستيف روثستين امريكى اشترى تذكره طيران ذهبيه سعرها 250الف دولار امريكى تسمح له بالسفر على متن خطوط الشركه مدى الحياه مجانا وتذكره مرافق بسعر 150 الف دولار حجز اكتر من 10 الاف رحله طيران فى بعض الاحيان كان بيسافر يتناول الطعام فى مطعم معين ويرجع بعد ساعات وكان بيسافر برفقه مشردين عشان يرجعهم بلدهم كلف الشركه 21 مليون دولار والغت الشركه تذكرته قام برفع دعوي ضد الشركه وطلب تعويض وحصل على 3 مليون دولار مع بقاء تذكرته فعاله مدى الحياه.
